Jointly with China Railway Corporation, China Railway Construction Corporation and Japanese funded enterprises exporting monorail technology, Chongqing Monorail Engineering Co., Ltd. was established to win the special approval of the state for the qualification of urban rail transit professional contracting (now consolidated and adjusted to the first level qualification of municipal general contracting), undertook the general contracting task of Chongqing monorail engineering construction, mastered and innovated core technologies such as monorail beam bridges and turnouts.
Introduce CRRC Qingdao Sifang Research Institute, a joint venture in Chongqing, and establish Chongqing Sifang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. to build itself into a manufacturer of rail transit intelligent maintenance, intelligent operation and maintenance services and vehicle core product development and production.
The joint venture of CRRC Zhuzhou Times Electric in Chongqing was introduced, and Chongqing CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. was established. The power supply industry with leading advantages was moved to Chongqing as a whole, and the manufacturing base of rail transit power supply system equipment, maintenance industry base, and energy Internet innovation center were built.
Introduce Zhejiang Zhonghe joint venture in Chongqing, establish Chongqing Zhonghe Zhixing Transportation Technology Co., Ltd., incubate new generation of "vehicle vehicle communication" and weak current integration and other emerging businesses locally, further improve the intelligence level of rail transit core equipment, and improve the equipment industry chain. After more than 20 years of unremitting efforts, through the introduction, practice, innovation and development of straddle type monorail industry, Chongqing Communications Development Investment Group has fully mastered the key core technologies such as track beam bridge, turnout and vehicle.
The first straddle type monorail national standard system from design to construction, from vehicles to proprietary equipment, from acceptance standards to operation procedures has been established (more than 10 national standards and specifications have been established). It has the core technology and independent intellectual property rights (more than 100 patents) of China's monorail, and the system equipment has basically achieved national industrialization.
It has the largest monorail transportation equipment manufacturing base in the world, the largest capacity of monorail PC beam factory in the world (90 pieces of prefabricated track beam factory per month), the largest capacity of prefabricated segments for subway tunnel shield machine construction in Asia (100 rings/day), urban rail elevated U-beam factory and other large-scale structural product production bases.
It has achieved full coverage from the complete monorail industry chain to the metro and urban rail vehicle cluster. It has independently developed the automatic fare collection system, communication system and its core software and equipment, power supply and distribution system, station system and other core and main equipment.
Chongqing Branch of the National Railway Passenger Car Engineering Research Center was established to form a series of internationally advanced and domestically leading vehicle technology platforms, such as full pedigree straddle monorail, As type metro vehicles, and dual flow urban express lines.
